Short walk-throughs of the jobs people do most. You can follow every one of them in the live demo (see "Running a public demo").
1. Add your products and opening stock
- Open Products and press Add product. Give it a name, a SKU, the unit you sell in (for example kg, bag or piece) and the selling price.
- Open Purchasing, Receive stock. Pick the supplier, the product, the quantity and the cost per unit, then press Receive into stock.
- The product now shows its quantity in Inventory. Cost is tracked as a weighted average, so profit reports stay correct as prices change.
Many products at once: Products, Import from Excel. Download the template, fill it in, upload it, check the preview, then press Import. Nothing is saved until you confirm.
2. Make a sale at the till
- Open Point of sale. Search or scan a product and add it. Change the quantity or unit if you need to.
- Optionally choose a customer.
- Choose how they pay: cash, transfer, card, or a mix. Leave the payment empty to sell on credit to a customer.
- Press Complete sale. A receipt is created. You can print it, download a PDF, or send it by WhatsApp or email.
3. Raise an invoice and get paid
- Open Invoices, New invoice. Choose the customer, add the items and set a due date.
- Send the invoice link to the customer. They can pay online if you connected Paystack, Flutterwave or Korapay, or report a bank transfer you then confirm.
- When money arrives it is allocated to the invoice, and the customer's outstanding balance updates.
4. Launch an online store
- In Settings, switch on listing and add your logo and cover photo.
- Add a photo to each product (Products, edit product).
- Share your store link from Settings to WhatsApp, Facebook and other apps. Customers add to the cart and either pay now or ask for an invoice.
5. Run a sales campaign
- Open Sales pages, New sale. Name it, add a tagline, and choose a look (Clean, Christmas or Black Friday).
- Add offers: a product at a special price, a bundle with a discount percentage, or an item you buy for the customer after they order.
- Set start and end dates, upload a banner, and press Publish page.
- Share the link. Visitors see the offers before the sale starts but can only order once it is live.
6. See how the business is doing
- Dashboard: sales, orders, margin, money owed to you, and things that need attention.
- Reports: sales, stock, profit and loss, balance sheet, ageing of debtors and creditors.
- Insights: best sellers, slow stock and customer analysis.
7. Add your team
- Open Team, Invite and choose a role (cashier, store manager, accountant and others).
- Each person sees only what their role allows. Owners and administrators are asked to turn on two-factor sign-in.
